My name is Sarah, I'm nearly 20 years old now - and my passion in life happens to be all things Alamo or Japanese.

I live in San Antonio and work @ the Alamo as a tour guide, so yes, I know almost everything about that subject.

I love history in general, but I know mostly about the 1830's-1840's period of time, and more so on the Texas Revolution.

My preferences in life are all different, and I love variety... so that is reflected in my choices of movies, music, etc.

I'm currently working on writing a historical fiction book on my favorite historical hero, William B. Travis. I <3 him.

Martyr In Shining Armor Report | 02/03/2010 11:13 am: yeah, my big area of interests are the Middle Ages, World War I Russia, and the Balkans. but when it comes to literature, nearly everything I end up reading and loving seems to come from the Romantic period, so that's a big part of my life too though I don't really find many historical things interesting in that era, or anywhere in the 18th century really.

That's cool that you're a history buff, I am too. the Renniasance is an important part of me, but I personally look at myself as from the Romantic Era.
