I don't remember what made me ask if you were German; it could have been the interests with German words in them, the Kant quote, or your name itself (I'm not sure if it is a real word/name, but I know that the 'e' following a vowel is another way of expressing an umlaut), though.



I am aware that Bavaria has deep-seated cultural differences from the rest of the Bundesländer (which could apply to Baden-Württemberg also, I guess), but I am not sure of the extent of them or history of them (although I'd like to learn...). In the big picture, no, it doesn't make much of a difference to me, just as it should not make a difference that I am from the Midwestern part (in name only, technically Michigan has a more eastern alignment) of the United States. It is interesting...I have a friend (online) who is also from Bayern and another from Bonn (I know, I know...but I don't know what Bundesland Bonn is a part of--my German 1 knowledge only goes so far!).

I guess the first day of school was fine. The night before I couldn't sleep at all I just stayed awake and got up at 5:30am. It was pretty boring the first day since maths was first period. (maths... -___-" wink Follow up with geo,science and english. ~



It was just another REALLY hot spring day I guess. ><; I didn't have enough holidays !!

My classes start at 8:45. I live two suburbs away from my school. Which means I wake up around 7 at the latest and travel to school ~ ( oh joy )
