Yes Lily disapproved of him being friends with future Death Eaters, she also knew that Snape wanted to be a Death Eater

Uhhh...I can't get over Severus Snape I even named my goldfish the way Lily calls him "Sev..." And to think that they never became friends again just because he called Lily a Mudblood. They were bestfriends, he loved her since he was 11 watching her on the swing, he was even the one who first told her she was a witch. And 'till the moment he died all he wanted was Lily and her green eyes...
