the shonen jump had no hook but it was corrected in the actual volume.. right?
poor Oda working hard as usual trying to get that chapter in in time for the magazine XD
its funny though how its his OWN character yet he forgot.. XDD

if thats not a rhetorical question, my only guess is really, REALLY rushed work.
There are editors and such, but in the art world deadlines are deadlines, no exceptions, and stuff like this can easily slip through the filter in a rushed environment, right?
