Hahaha I only do cardio for one reason. I never used to do it but a ***** who used to be in the NFL hit me with the realest s**t at the gym the other day. "Cardio works your most important muscle, your heart." I'm not doing cardio just to be shredded, if I'm about being fit then all aspects of me need to be fit. So lately I been hittin cardio pretty hard.

I asked cause I like combat sports and was training Muay Thai. But I wanted longevity well into old age, so I settled on grappling (judo to be specific)
