You really should. It's really good on your muscles, joints, and bones contrary to what anybody says. You won't look like a man, either which is another myth told by countless of people. You'll look and feel a lot better if you do.

In total, two years. I took a 5 month hiatus because I got caught up working late nights and I lost a lot of weight. I already passed where I was before so things are looking pretty well right now. May land a job as a Personal Trainer within the next two weeks while I work on my certification.

Totally kidding, but really, uh I'm training to be a bodybuilder, hoping to compete within the year, most likely the end of the year. I'm going to be a Certified Personal Trainer soon, and yeah, I'm pretty well into fitness.
