Correct, the storyline revolves around every character. Even a mere genin can bring great change to the storyline depending on his or her actions. Though every choice holds it's consequences as well. It's something that members can enjoy and where a player gets to make himself known by the choice of his actions. It will be even possible to pull together your own small group and later develop it into an actual organization with a cause behind it in return affecting the shinobi world. The more people your character can gather for his or her cause, the bigger the impact behind his decisions and causes.

Just about, actually it's been done we're just giving it a spin around with updates. New features, new story, new system, everything like that. It's gonna be pretty hot when everything is done. It's based off of Naruto. I have a team of guys who I work with from time to time on anime based guilds and original customized ones as well. So yea, it's not gonna be your average Naruto rp.
