It's rough. Some of the stuff we see.

That's why most companies have instituted debriefings for incredibly difficult calls.

It is mostly hard when you wish you could do more.

I work on an ambulance. I am an EMT.

Haha, that would be great, wouldn't it? A step by step manual called "How to Live". And it could come complete with a troubleshooting manual.

Haha, I will actually sleep. I'm exhausted.

Usually it is sincere because I truly like helping people. Mostly because there is no manual for life. It's all trial and error.

So if someone can avoid my mistakes with advice I've learned, more power to 'em. =D
