Ok.
Step 1: Go on your DS with Pokemon Silver inside.
Step 2: Select Pokemon Silver.
Step 3: Touch, "Touch to Start".
Step 4: Scroll down to, "Nintendo wi-fi connection settings" and click it.
Step 5: Click Nintendo wi-fi connection settings.
Step 6: If all connections are used, erase one.
Step 7: Click on a connection that has no settings.
Step 8: Click, "Search for an access point".
Step 9: Wait until it finds connections.
Step 10: Click on the wi-fi connection you want.
Step 11: Save it. And go on from there.
