Description: 5'1", straight blonde hair,jade green eyes, thin but slightly muscular build. Uses ethereal displacement to summon clothing and other items to her.

Weapons:4 Vectors that are invisible but range up to 12 ft. each. (Vectors are invisible telekinetically controlled arms that are a diclonius trademark)

Tempermant: Lucy shows little or no empathy and will kill without hesitation; but Nyu is carefree and lovable.

Description; Lucy was put through tremedous torture and trauma causing her split personality into the lovable Nyu and the revenge seeking Lucy. About 5'6" and with incredible speed both possess the ability to use there vectors..Lucy more so. the change in personality is caused by sharps blows to the heads or when Nyu becomes extremely frightened.
