GeneCo was founded in Milan, Italy in late April 2006 by Giuseppe Largo and Dr. Michael Whatley as a small genetic laboratory. GeneCo's first big break came when Dr. Whatley found success treating Neural Overstimulation Syndrome (NOS) by using an experimental medication called Zydrate and further genetic manipulation. GeneCo was soon able to start producing custom-made, designer quality synthetic organs that have already made a positive impact in the quality of the lives of thousands of patients worldwide.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from GeneCo, simply return the product and we will refund you 100% of its value, including the shipping cost. Even if the package has been opened, don't worry! Return the opened package and we will refund you 50% of its value.

Simply contact your local GeneCo office within 15 days of receiving your package and tell us why you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. If we are unable to make it right, we will be happy to explain how to return the package to us.

Remember, we will cover the cost of shipping the package back to us. Once we have received the package back in our possession we will credit your account the total cost of shipping.
