I'm glad you've found something you like. Books are a great thing to get into. And, I know it's not just our culture. Most societies around the world are patriarchal and the ones that aren't are viewed as inferior.

Yeah, basically. I don't want to read it. I couldn't get past the first few pages. There's this problem I have with how women are portrayed in our culture and how it's affected me, so I just read other things.
