Uhm.... Yes, there's a place, called Salon Durem, you can change your hair, but as for your eyes you have to go here:

http://www.gaiaonline.com/account/preferences/

Just look at the left side of the page and you'll see it under the Avatar Gender option. If you want to go to Durem where the salon is, click on that map and on the upper right-hand corner you'll see a drop-down list, click on it and look for Durem and then look under it and you'll see a few just look above the Skin Tyte button and it's the second-last one. Did you get all that? And are you joining the clan? That's gonna be the guild.

It's already evolved! That's why it has "Gen. 7" in it's name, it stands for "Generation 7". Oh, and if you want to see what avatars you might want to have in teh future, take this link:
