Baccano is about 1930 mob-family like things...but its interesting because it shows different people at different years. Its kinda strange so you watch it twice to really know how it all plays out.

Two good series that are really short are Fuli Culi (6 Episodes and Hilarious!) and Baccano!(Its freaky cool, 12 or 13 episodes)
