Problem is I'd rather have a large enough range of games to put on it...
Pokemon comes to mind, as well as Lufia: Rise Of The Sinistrals (that's another RPG, it's a remake of a classic fro mthe 90s that I virtually worship)
and there's Kirby of course...
I'm not sure what else there is. (Maybe a few Final Fantasy games? And Dragon Quest IX and X when it comes out...)
I've never actually played a DS so I don't have any right to hate it or anything. But like when I got a GBA there was just nothing but DS titles on the shelves which got reallly annoying.
so I kind of ended up disliking it, which may be a bit dumb of me.

That and 3DS is around now, even though it looks very similar anyway :3 tweak the graphics and give it a new name.
To be honest I've gone off GBA as well now, which is why I prefer GBC.

me sowwy. I remember the old black-and-white ones coming out and everoyne was playing them so I got infatuated by them.
I even created my own set of fictional Pokemon based on the original 152, which spawned 3 generations, made their own TV show for it and their own Pokemon types...
The later generations just seem the same to me.
Except for some exceptions, like Chikorita and Totodile and so on. <3

Black and White I might play some day, since I've heard so much hype about it. That is if I ever get a DS. smile

I love Pokemon too, though Blue is the only one I've stuck with and completed.
I'll get into it and then get bored pretty easily with the others one unfortunately. I got a bit further in Ruby I think (or whichever one had Team Magma in it)

I want Kirby on my GBA...-weeps-
never owned a handheld for years, and when I finally went and got a GBA, the only games selling were DS. Bah.
I have emulation though so I can do it on the computer. c:

I once made a list of every superpower that Kirby had and it made Kirby look like some invincible god because there were so many of them.
Mirror is really fun, although wing annoys me a little.
There's this tornado power earlier on too where Kirby kind of turns into a twister and goes spinning around like a tornado and busting everything he touches. :p

Indeed. I mean Kirby seems piss-easy at first glance, and half the time it is, but then I realise I'm still taking damage and losing lives throughout the harder stages. :p
What's your favourite power for Kirby?
In Kirby Super Star I'd go for yo-yo...but in earlier/later games Kirby can go into this epic UFO mode which is pretty rare. Turns into a flying saucer and flies around lasering everyone. :p

Wham-Bam Rock is one of the hardest bosses for me...I can never beat him in the arena.
That and I kept getting lost in that jewel hunt game.

Do you have a favourite enemy/boss in the games? Mine has got to be Kracko.
I found him really difficult to beat once upon a time. Clouds and eyeballs woo.

In the games he's kind of like a mix...
I mean, the first time you actually meet him is in Kirby's Adventure (that's allll the way back in NES, so YEARS back)
and he basically turns up randomly on levels and gives Kirby that special power-up which makes him invincible temporarily.
So he's quite a mysterious character.

I'm still partway through the anime cos I'm watching both for Meta Knight and to see every boss and enemy that keeps propping up. And Dedede's music. :p
And first time I watched it I was like "OMG DEDEDE'S CASTLE HAS WADDLE DEE'S AS GUARDS THAT'S SO AWESOME"

Ooh omg.
In the original Kirby's Adventure, Meta Knight is one of the bosses.
and in the remake for GBA, which is Nightmare In Dreamland or something, there's this special mode where you play as Meta Knight.
So you can fight Meta Knight vs Meta Knight at the end there, which is pretty epic. :p

heh, in the Kirby anime, everytime Meta Knight makes an entrance they play this catchy Spanish samba music. :p
He's easily my favourite character.

Nah, don't really like it. I prefer GBC.
Not playing as Meta Knight (can you do that?), but the one called Revenge of Meta Knight where you have to take over his airship and fight him and all his guards.

Ooh, that one. I don't have a DS so I haven't played it, but I got the original Kirby Super Star.
Revenge of Meta Knight is easily my favourite of the games on there...I can play it again and again and again.
The only one I haven't aced on there is the Arena at the end. Bit tricky for me. :3

You mean Kirby's Dreamland? Which have you got?
I've been replaying Kirby's Dreamland 3 for the past few days. It's easy to play through, but then collecting all the hearts to fight Nightmare at the end...
I've never got that far before :p Want to replay Kirby Super Star whilst I'm at it too.

Oh thank you biggrin I thought it needed a change. though it has yuri all over again.
I can't remember if I told you but I got out of that job at last so I'm happy again with Kirby and anime once more. Woohoo.
And I got Morrowind working.
