hey!! you can join me ^-^ I need to lose about 23 lbs. what I have been doing so far is the water challenge, which is called a challenge because it's pretty hard at first, but now I have it down to the root. of course exercise still helps, so I recommend it. so the challenge is to replace every drink you have with water. that includes alcohol, coffee, milk, juice, tea, etc. it's been working for me. of course, a well balanced diet is also a sure thing. have break fast, lunch, and dinner, and a small snack in between lunch and dinner. that's what I've been doing ^-^

I've been good. been trying to figure out college. I'm moving next month. stressful and yet exciting. however, it's not like other colleges, instead of a dorm, you get an apartment completely empty. so I have to bring my bed and a tv and computer and all this stuff. of course it works like a dorm, so I do get roommates. hopefully I'll get to meet up with these roommates before hand. other wise, I'll be quite nervous.
