Go to World --> Towns and you'll be sent into a little area where you can move from screen to screen. There will be rocks / trees and bushes. You can go near them then click on them and you'll shake them. Money might come out. You can also catch bugs or collect trash in the area.

You can go into towns and shake the trees for money, you can also post, buy things and sell them in the marketplace, and play games. Jigsaw is the best for getting money.
