It's pretty much about vampires. A vampire and his younger brother are moving to Japan hoping to live in a place called the "Special Zone" where there's peace. But that doesn't really happen because the main character (Jiro Mochizuki) has enemies there. That's pretty much what the whole series is about.

Yeah. A lot of the guilds don't even...stay active which is why I'm very picky about joining some of them. And then there's the ones with the jerks in them.
