I'm having movements down in my pelvis area and in my rib area at the same time. Genuine actual movements.
It isn't confirmed, but I have a feeling. It runs every other generation in both of our families.
And for around 20 weeks, I'm getting round a bit fast.

I don't recall being this exhausted or weak, this early, with my other two. That's for sure.
I'm pretty sure I'm having twins, it's that whole mama intuition thing. And we're not prepared for one, let alone two. lol

Aw man. Well, I hope it clears up quickly love. I hate that you have to deal with that on a daily basis. Ugh. Love you girl.

I go in for my ultrasound on Monday, Dr. on Wednesday.

I apparently reserved a thread in 2019 but never went back and edited it.
So I'm working on that, slowly. I have a lot of work ahead of me. Haha.

I need to update my quest thread, but I more use it to track things so I haven't been worried about it.

In dress up it looks so fantastic and detailed. But the smaller version looks... Idk, it looks off.

It's absolutely ridiculous. Healthcare has always been a huge issue here.
Don't even get me started on quality of healthcare on top of it.

On a side note, why do avatars always look so amazing in dress up...
Then you look at your little avi at the top and you're like "that's a hot mess".

The bad thing is they wonder why so many people would rather live on welfare and be in the low-income brackets in general.
Specifically people with children. The reason is you get food assistance, and medicaid if you are in the poverty brackets.
Paid medical and dental care for your kids until they're 18.
But you have someone like me and Dusty, alone I'm 163% above the poverty level.
Even pregnant I don't qualify for even partial assistance. Nutritional or medical.
Even with the price of everything having almost doubled in the last 6 months.

Right. A lof of countries have free care for prenatal.
We have two clinics that will do a UA for free, but nothing else.
And the cost of even basic medical care, like labs for example, is just outrageous.
I got a copy of my lab list and the initial price to be billed to insurace, and it was an excess of $1500.

It's just the way they work apparently.
When they originally got a hold of me, I got a phone call letting me know that I was going to get a phone call to set up a phone call.
So when I finally got the phone call I set up, it turned out it was to confirm my information so that they could set up a phone call with a "provider" to handle my "case".
Then I got a phone call to confirm that phone call...
It took 4 days after that to get a confirmation and an e-mail with my lab orders.
So at least I've gotten my labs done?

It's just one of those things. We'll get it figured out.
But I'm paying for the insurance, so I would prefer to use it.
I'm just getting really frustrated with it.

I was paying for a lot the last year for my dad because I didn't realize he was so far behind.
So I've gotten some savings back up in the last 4 months.
However we're in a one bedroom house due to the urgency in which we had to move, and the lack of housing right now.
Soooo. Yeah. This house is barely big enough for us, there's literally no space for a baby.
The less I have to pay for, the better. For the time being. Plus, all of the things we need for baby don't come free haha.

There's no one else I'd rather have as my partner.
So I have all of the support and understanding I could possibly want.
But I've been so depressed. I already had a plan in place with my career, etc.
Of course I'm flexible so I'll figure that part out, but I'm 36. He's 41. This is not a path we planned on.
And I'm missing my parents horribly. His dad isn't part of the picture and his mom's health is declining rapidly. She's 73.
So our child is going to grow up without grandparents. Estranged from most of their family. I just don't know.
They'll have plenty of surrogate family, there's no shortage of friends of my parents. And his friends.
And I'm having excruciating pains in my hips and groin. I figure I'm about 16 weeks.
These pains don't typically start until the 3rd Trimester, and they're not typically this bad.
And I'm already showing. I'm feeling the weakness and exhaustion that comes 3rd Trimester.
So I have concerns there may be more than one. Either that or I'm further along than I think.
But the other things that come with pregnancy have been consistent, and my body is otherwise acting like it's the 2nd.
I'm getting pretty frustrated (straight up pissed honestly) with my insurance. For them to cover my doctor, they have to set up the initial appointment.
And I desperately need to get in and get an ultrasound and talk to a GYN about what's going on.

I've gone through a bit of that myself, I get it.
I get that much too well, actually. I know the hurt and confusion, I'm sorry you're going through that my love.

I uh, I've been trying to figure out how to work this into our conversation but -
I'm pregnant myself. Not supposed to be possible - I've been being told I'm sterile for about 8 years.
I'm dealing with insurance so I don't know a due date or gender yet.
But I wanted you to know, I don't have many people to tell. Or that I want to tell.

I've been wondering about that, but I didn't want to ask.
It's been years, but the last time we really spoke about your home life things were shaky at best because of family issues.
I'm glad you were able to take that step. Your health and wellbeing are extremely important to me, even if I only know you here. heart
I get that, I'm great with people but I have the worst kind of trust issues so I'm the biggest introvert ever.
When asked about friends, I basically have friends from WoW and Gaia...

I get that. Daily I think about how if I didn't have my fiancé, I probably wouldn't be here.
Losing mom was hard, but I had dad. Losing dad...
I lost myself, and having Dusty is the only thing anchoring me.
We all need some kind of support system, whether we want to admit it or not.
