He had no idea the first one was going off and he couldn't stop the 2nd but he was able to stop the third from ever being used. Truman HAD NO SAY until it was too late. Do you understand English?

No, Burns made the decision to drop the bomb without the presidents approval. It's now declassified information if you would ever think about it.

Truman had very little to do with the program. Burns was working on it since Roosevelt was in office.

And Germany? Really? Well Hitler controlled a good majority of Europe. It had occupation zones which soon became Germany again.

Roosevelt had a program which was its own force which was way higher up than his own power. Once Roosevelt died Truman got updated on it and he had no control.

And yeah...two bomb. The little guy called "Little Boy" and "Fat Man" as they were codenamed. One dropped on Hiroshima and the other Okinawa. Still.....Truman had no approval due to the fact it was a secret project that was higher up on the food chain than the presidential executive power. He only told them to stop after the 2nd bombing because Truman felt like a murderer and didn't want anymore lives gone.

Yes, as it was stated in Watchmen. It was the main conflict of if Manhatten could save humanity or not.

Though I learned the A-bomb was outa Trumans hands so even if Hiroshima never happened....it would of with another Japanese city.
