Legolas and Thraduil are in denial that Thranduil is also Nessa's Ada. The DNA test that Nessa's naneth left her with is not convincing enough for them.

When we were all drunk and cutting Legolas' hair, Ara refused to relax at all, so when he started making unnecessary, annoying requests for us not to hurt Legolas, Carmelor made jokes about having already *accidentally* chopped his ear off. And Ara, don't try to deny that you had any involvement; it was your suggestion that we all steal Bannoth's booze to get drunk enough to do all that!

My hair? I have never had anyone cut my hair... that was Legolas, and I was unwilling to help even when I was drunk so I got to be the lookout. No, Nessa ripped an earring out of my ear. >.<
