Our faire is annual and usually on the weekends from mid-October to mid-November. I couldn't go because last year I was too broke and had no ride. I'm hoping to have all that before this year's faire starts.

I saw them on PBS too the first time. rofl The first song I ever heard was Orinoco Flow. It was so perky I had to stick around and watch the replay of the concert. It was during one of PBS' telethon money raising events. sweatdrop
As for renaissance podcasts, the one I usually listen too is one out of Austin Texas. It's the Renaissance Festival Podcast with Marc Gunn and Kristen Rogers. I have no idea how my fiance downloaded it (likely pirate bay), but if you look up Marc Gunn on the internet you can get links to it. Marc Gunn's Webpage That should get you loads of stuff if you look at the podcasts section. Glad to share my rennie music love. 4laugh I happen to love ren-faires and am hoping to go to the one near us again this year. I missed last years. crying

Yeah. I've been a fan of them for some time. My sister bought me their Live at Sloane Castle Dvd and a Christmas Dvd for Christmas a few years ago. Plus I have several of their songs on my Youtube. As for recommendations for celtic music, I'm not sure. Though I have heard of celtic music podcasts. Link Here Right now my crack addiction is renaissance festival music podcasts.
