We hide behind our headbands like a mask in some big play.
We wait for our sorrow to disappear, but it never goes away.
As we wait in darkness for the ones we kill ... we ask ourselves why we do it? Is it only for a thrill?
Do we enjoy this madness which in ways we helped create.
Can we undo the past or is it already to late?
As we sit here waiting, for another one to fall, we hide behind those headbands... praying for us all.
Will we live another day? Take another breath? See another spring or summer before a gruesome death?
The way of the ninja is different for all...
Let us stay behind our headbands till the day we fall.
