Well I'm aware of that but, I thought the entire series was written to run in line with Tsubasa. Watanuki might be alive but I don't think the series will go on for very long.

Which is why I like Oda, he brings in new s**t that you have never even heard off. The best part is, we know what will happen to the Main Character in the end (as seen in the first chapter, the entire series is a reminiscence.) but it's the journey there that is fun. You're always wondering just how the hell is Oda gonna do this time?

I liked Kishimoto in the very beginning, when Ninja fights were about weapons and physical ability. Oh well, Kishimoto is trying to imagine that his target audience is a bunch of kids who will eat anything he dishes out. I just, think he should stop trying to stretch out the pause to the inevitable and finish this series and start a new one.

I hate watching TV because of the quality of the trash they show on there; I rarely ever find anything of interest to watch, especially when my parents are watching the Chinese channels. If I ever watch TV, it's only because I'm watching the news. I'd rather watch the news because at least it keeps me updated on what's going on in the world, ya know?

As for anime in general, I stopped watching it because it wasted my time, the site that had most of the anime I watched removed every single one (except for Naruto, but that's because it has permission from TV Tokyo to air it), and it annoyed me with how inaccurate it seemed in comparison to the original manga. I've also noticed that as a result of the latter observation, many good manga series that have anime counterparts usually screw up somehow (take Shugo Chara!, for example). On the other hand, the series that [i]don't[/i] have anime counterparts but are actually decent stay that way for quite a long while, Code: Breaker and Yankee-Megane being two of them. (And Yotsuba&amp;!, but it's special because Azuma-sensei said he didn't want any anime counterpart for Yotsuba&amp;! That probably means that anime has to be okayed by the mangaka first.) And this is just me, but I'd rather read something. That way it gives me a chance to analyze it, since I'm a diehard literary critic at heart. ^^;

Yes, I remember why you don't like it. XD I can understand your arguments--in fact, I hardly ever read shoujo myself. I tend to favor seinen or josei manga over shounen and shoujo. And yes, CLAMP made a real mess out of Tsubasa; I felt they were trying too hard to capture others' attention by adding all kinds of indiscernible concepts to the manga. Clones and counterclones? Where were they when people were going over the physical impossibilities of having two exact people?

Agreed. Horikku's been interesting, but now it feels like it's winding down. I'm saddened by this, though...I've grown attached to the characters, random angst moments aside. I'll have trouble saying goodbye to all of them. (I mean, I missed Yuuko-san before she disappeared! Gah! T_T)

Fairy tail is KICK a**!! ^^ But I don't think it will become too much like Naruto because in Fairy tail the guys HAVE a chance of winning. Naruto doesn't. I mean seriously? Atleast we know that Igneel is hiding there somewhere and the limits of the dragon slayer arts have not been seen as yet. Naruto showed his limits a LOOONNG time ago. He just lives on power ups and steroids xD

XXXholic is nice too.. I couldn't care to read the Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles but I have a general idea how they go about so I'm not lost here. Though I thought both the series were tied together? Why is XXX still going on??
(oh could you do me a favor? I cant seem to find all the issues of Gokusen. The series completed quite a while back but...)

Lol it would be cool to see Orochimaru come back ^^ He could use that stupid snake of his to kill Sasuke and be done with Naruto xDD

Actually I did one better, I put some add ons on Mozilla to make it look and function like chrome. But, I still feel Chrome is faster and neater..

Good point, though. The limits in Fairy Tail are much higher than the limits are in Naruto. Plus the attacks are actually interesting and powerful but not too powerful, unlike the ones in Naruto. I wouldn't try the anime, though. I just couldn't get myself into watching it. (Hell, I've quit watching any sort of anime now. I only like to read manga nowadays.)

As for Horikku, yes, it's interconnected with Tsubasa. However, Tsubasa's already done showing its part of the story; Horikku developed its own plot after several chapters and now deals mainly with Watanuki waiting for the day he can see Yuuko-san again. Tsubasa...well, the reason why I never liked Tsubasa was because I felt it was so incongruous and mismatched. All those different worlds jammed together like candied fruit in fruitcake...ugh. And the fact that CLAMP tends to lace their stories with some unimaginable amount of pseudo-angst and weirdly unoriginal fantasy, makes things even worse. In any case, Horikku's going to be dealing with something far removed from Horikku now, so it's no longer related so much to Tsubasa.

Ah, Gokusen? The thing is, the group that scanlates Gokusen--Bishounen Project-Null--is...busy. They've got all the volumes, but they're not done scanlating them yet. Also, as far as I know, it hasn't been licensed anywhere outside of Japan, and even then I don't know if they sell all fourteen volumes in Japan anymore. gonk BiPuro has released only up to the first two chapters of Volume 14.

Bwahaha! Orochimaru comes back to kill Sasuke?! rofl Oh, I wish! Too bad Kishimoto is so full of crazy plans, he's never going to let that happen, not in a million years! He's so predictable! Honestly, hinting all these years that Sasuke and Naruto were meant to fight each other to the death...and that Sasuke wasn't going to be happy after his revenge...oh, please, Kishimoto. You know why I like to read slice-of-life manga more than action manga? Because slice-of-life doesn't fill your head with premonitions of what's to come. You're just pointlessly reaffirming what you think we readers don't already know, you moron!

Well, some trade-offs aren't always fair. ^^; It's still better than IE, though.

I do read Naruto for a matter of fact. Like I said, I kind of read it as a build up for One Piece.
They usually all release together on a Friday so I read the Manga according to it's worth in an acceding order.
1. Bleach, 2. Naruto, 3. Bleezebub/Katekayo Hitman Reborn/GE - Good Ending, 4. Bakuman, 5. One Piece.

That way I can appreciate One Piece better after seeing how lame Bleach and Naruto was xD
Though, Bakuman olds a special place in my heart. After all its about two guys trying to become Mangaka's and its written by the author/artist of Death Note.

Oh, I think they should introduce Deus Ex Machina no Jutsu! I bet the next time that Jutsu is used, we will see Jiraya back to life, then Minato, then Naruto's Mom...

For me, the manga that keep me interested in the whole media are Fairy Tail (though it's starting to show some subtle signs of Naruto-ism), Code: Breaker, Gokusen, Yotsuba&!, Yankee-kun to Megane-chan, Ao no Exorcist, ×××HOLiC, and Ocha Nigosu. Were it not for them, I'd have stopped reading manga completely.

*Groans* Oh god, no, not the Deus Ex Machina no Jutsu! He's already using it! gonk He must have discovered the Secret Shinobi Scroll of Dei Ex Machina sometime after Chapter 393! Who's next, Asuma? Kakuzu? Dosu? Orochimaru???

Ahh well, to each his or her own. 3nodding Maybe Tekton will find some time to make tektek compatible with Chrome.
