Ah, man, that sucks. D: My older cousin used to do that kind of stuff when I was little, but he had bad intentions. ...ARGH TRAUMA. *seizures* Anyway, yeah. I don't have to deal with him anymore, thankfully. I hope your brother gets an epiphany or something. The suffocation thing does sound like a bit of pushing the limit, if not busting through it.
