Ahoy there!There isn't much about my personality that I can really relate to writing. I'm 17, and a Grad student in BC Canada. w00t Grad 06!!!
I plan to continue to the University of Edinburgh after high school and after I spend a year working with aid in Africa. I will study Archaeology of the Middle East, Arabic Social Anthropology and the Arabic language. That is for my first four years.
My language skills need work - I know minimal French and German, ironically my native language. I was moved to California when I was three, in 1991, from Budingen outside Frankfurt am Main in Germany.
These days I'm working hard on school work and looking for scholarships and a job. I don't know why noone will hire me. Maybe because I have no certifiable skills. But you have to pay for those things, and I need to get a job before I can get that. Gah...
I have travelled alot in my life. I have been around Germany, bordering countries (when I was under three), Egypt at 12, I've lived in both California and BC - so I've explored lots of each state and province. This August I went to London, Scotland and South Africa (Capetown). I think Africa is my favorite place in the world, and besides knowing it now in person, I feel obligated to work on the troubles of Africa just because I'm human, and because I am so lucky to have running water, clothes, food, friends, freedom, education - I can't imagine people not having these things. I must understand them, so I must go and do what I can.
I'm playing a ton of Yohoho! Puzzle Pirates... It's my favorite game since the heyday of UO - which was tons of fun...
