Well you treat the employer like a person. You say "How are you today". Just mostly mind your work and basically i'd just talk to ask or answer questions at first. Once you get to know the other people it's easier to make chit chat. Good luck i'm sure you'll be fine.

My tips for your new job are:
1. If you don't know what to do ask. Ask questions if you're not sure of something.
2. Don't wait to be asked to do something take initiative.
3. Try to enjoy your job. There will be things you don't like but the more you do like the better you'll be.
4. Have fun because i'm sure you're going to have many more jobs throughout your life.
