uhhm, today was our freshman orientation, and i didnt know many ppl so we did activities and we got our schedule and its so confusing I only new the ppl at my old school and there was like over 100 kids and I only knew like 20 but I rarely see my friends cuz every class period we have different ppl.

I would try to talk to ppl more but ppl usually start talking to me, I was like the only black dude there and they wanted me to join the football team really really badly.
Try making new friends with new ppl just as long as theyre ok, since your school has cliques, find where you fit in and before you know it youll have friends. but if you dont put yourself out there and its hard for you, it could be hard for the other kids that are new too so if there are new students there too, try thinking how hard it was for you when you were new and talk to them.

You should really try your best to stay organized, at the beggining of 8th grade I wasnt and I wasnt getting that much good grades but then something just clicked one day and I stayed organized and I did all my work then when we got these packets on a monday, were supposed to them in class but I started and finished it and I didnt have like alot ofd homework for like 2 weeks and.... ya. ohhh and keep your mind focused on work first, dont get distracted thinking about ... *someone*, youll only lose your ability to think straight if theyre in your head, ohh and dont rush when it comes to work or tests. 3nodding

yeah, Im starting on the 9th but the 1st day you just get like a tour of the school and your schedule, thers this system, im not sure if its only private schools that do it but its complicated and theyll just like show us everything on the 1st day, but I already know some ppl cuz like my whole class is going there except for like 13 ppl but more than half of the class is since there were like 33 students in my class and they have friends that are going there I met at a dance and ya.... but the works gonna be a real drag : (
