I am Cassandra022's profile-customizing mule smile

[written as a rough draft of sorts for my main]

I am eighteen years old, legally an adult. I hail from NYC; current I am a college student at a small liberal arts womens college in Boston. I am a female, a femenist, a strict vegetarian, an atheist. I read, I write -- sometimes, especially the former, with terribly unusual vigour, sometimes barely at all for weeks at a time. I dabble in the arts a bit, with no great talent. I believe in knowledge for its own sake, have a strange fascination with suffering and man-made disasters (would you like to know about forced famines? stastics, numbers? not to help or to protest or to preach, but just to know? No, I think not). I exist in a general state of apathy, disagree with the notion that all emotions, problems must be shared with the world. I will not whine much, I will not say much, there's no need. I am disorganized, have a bit of a short attention span, fail at this whole obtaining gainful employment thing us adults should realy do and thus spent far too much time here, online.

On Gaia I am here and there. As I said, my attention has a tendency to waver. I have one or two guilds I post in, half a dozen more in which I lurk from time to time. A few threads that I post in, a few that I lurk in. I dabble a bit in the exchange and vend now and then. I step a toe into the writing forum or the profile forum or the avatar talk forum now and then. Once per great while I'll go to the ED or GD or LI when I'm particulalry bored. Before our AlmightyNannyState got to it I used to like to play blackjack, but there you go. Begging me for anything gets you no where. Otherwise I don't mind PMs. and such and such.
