I initially felt like it wasn't very safe while I was living in Utah as well, but after comparing it to Colorado and Sweden and Cali I think that that was just paranoia. It's legitimately awful here by comparison. I've had several homeless (? maybe just druggies/weirdos) people approach me while walking into town- which I have to do a lot to look for work. I ended up buying a stun gun just for the peace of mind. I really really hope I never have to use it. I've never hurt anyone in my life

So what're you work as? Anything fun?
Oh and to answer your previous question, I have two roommates. An old friend and his girlfriend.

I'm about an hour and a half away from LA, so the rent isn't too bad. I wouldn't recommend ever living in Cali though, of all the places I've lived its my least favorite. Lot of crime even in a small town like this.

Not in Sweden yet no, but if all goes as it should I'll be there by the end of this year, possibly sooner if I'm lucky
I recently moved to California and haven't been able to find any openings for what I went to school for yet, so I've resigned myself just looking for part time for now.
You mentioned you wanted to move ages ago, did you take the plunge?
