It's because Lanzer left and some new guy took over and changed everything to center around the Cash Shop.
Our "gold" means nothing anymore.
There's really no reason for me to stick around anymore, but I came back recently to look for new RP partners.

There were gold generators called Flynn's Booty circulating in the Cash Shop. Basically, you opened it and received a random amount of gold ranging from the millions to the tens of millions. Enough people bought it and the economy was flooded with gold.
Sucks, right?
Ugh.

Why did you choose to come back?

Even I rarely use Gaia because of how difficult it is to find affordable/reasonable art prices.
