A gentle breeze blew past the small thingies in the backyard. It is joyous day for those at play; however one did not have anyone to play with. It sadly sat alone under a tree to stare as the others ran around in merriment. It wasn’t for the lack of kinship but he just couldn’t fit in with the others. However, on that bright warm day he saw a something that would be a great adventure for this little one. The color of this one not unlike the ones in the yard was dazzling but still this one stood out to him. His heart leaped as he glided towards that he would later find was a bird and him looking like a large white warm would not equal friendship. For this one did not share equal understanding of friendship but more of a food chain type relationship. A lesson that he will learn about being overly curious the hard way doubtful that it would change him too much. Rather unruly and painful moments later he managed to free himself of the carnivorous disruptive bird that he once thought as dazzling. He unpleasantly skulked through the grass when he scrambled over a boulder to find a small black ball between the crevices of the boulder and some smaller stones. Slightly weary of it he noticed it was quite dirty and tangled in some twigs he gave it a slight nudge with his tail. Then one more time he gave it a nudge and it popped out from its restrained space and went rolling down the rocks. Once it was in motion it just kept rolling until it found its way wedged once more this time in a stream. The little snake guy sighed as it bound after it once he reached the stream he noticed his own unruly appearance and slithered into the water. As he circled around the ball the water revealed that it was not a ball but a cabbage. He helped clear more of the dirt as he felt that this one was in need of protecting as if he didn’t need protecting himself. He didn’t want to admit this little guy was like him as he wrapped his tail around the cabbage. He pulled it around the water with ease and began his way back towards from where he came. Or, where he thought was the correct way back feeling confident he didn’t stop. However, the confidence was fleeting as the bright sky turned maroon diming to show the sun resigning to the moon. Hopelessly lost hungry, tired, and slightly frightened he found himself sliding down a hill into some strange brown grass. Noticing the grass he saw was a person with red around his mouth scared he screamed the other scream and they hid behind some trees. Eyes peeked out from their trees and in the confusion he left the little white cabbage in the middle. Scared he skittered out to it but to late the other had already picked him up. Fearful of the poor cabbages life as his “protector” he flung out at Vincent only to miss and be caught. Vincent's smile helped ease some of his fear until his stomach rumbled now he was embarrassed. A giggled sneaked from the Vincent's mouth as he pulled a red fruit from his pocket and the little snake like tale gobbled it down. Calm was over them but it left quickly as it began to rain panicking they ran about all clinging to each other he found some shelter of sort. The snake tale was slightly weary about letting the little cabbage rest on Vincent's tail but there was tranquilly over the trio as they sat out in the rain. They spent some peaceful days Vincent was a strange man he even declared he is king and would show them his kingdom. He would take them everywhere he went but one day there was an accident separated them the duo thought abandoned the snake tale wandered to find Vincent. Only to find themselves on a door step hopefully someone could reunite the trio though it was short lived it was serene among the three of them. Not knowing if to knock or not a man made the decision for them only for the snake tale to end up at the start. He held tightly not wanting to be separate from this one as well, only for Hathor to be in a bush watching in heartbreak. His dear friends loyal subjects had been captured by his enemies and must be using them as leverage. Though it is very possible Vincent was at that moment thinking of a way to "rescue" his "loyal subjects".
