HAH! Two in a day. razz

She felt him shake in a chuckle before a soft mattress creaked beneath her weight.
"We'll leave tomorrow." he stated, standing and throwing his shirt back on, much to her dislike.
"Fine."

.:Like Cleaning the Oven or Checking my Tires:.

"GET ME THE HELL OUT OF HERE!" the only thing that responded to the angry cry, was its faint echo. The cavern holding the two demons seemed to laugh at their struggles, knowing its walls would not be breached. There was an odd glow to the place; that blocked its occupants' chakra; unless well-trained.
Ayumi was gripping the bars of her cell with white knuckles, Naruto still unconcious on the dirt ground behind her. The guard, finally growing annoyed with Ayumi's profane ranting, turned around.
"Will you shut the hell up?!" he muttered gruffly. Ayumi's eyes narrowed, before she released the bars and stepped back.
"I'm thirsty, though!"
The guard sighed irritably and produced a canteen, not-so-cautiously opening the bars to the cage, and extending his arm through. She quickly grabbed his arm and threw him over her shoulder, jumping quickly through the space and making a run down the cavern. Then something hit her:
"s**t. Naruto!" she glanced behind her, which happened to be a mistake, because soon enough, her feet were no longer on the ground, and her collar was beginning to choke her. Her head whipped around to meet the black coat of Itachi: their captur.
"You b*****d!" she swung at him, only to have his arm fly forward and catch her in the stomach, knocking the wind out of her lungs and temporarily incapaciting her. He carried her on said arm as he strolled silently back towards the cell.
"Impertinent little whelp..." he murmured, face emotionless, though tone clearly annoyed.
Ayumi was livid, and as her senses came back to her, she tilted her chin down slightly, and succeeded in clamping her teeth around his sleeved arm, sinking them deep into the cloth. He shifted his weight back, and threw her forward, back into the cell and slammed the door. Clenched between her teeh, was a large portion of the coat's sleeve, and on Itachi's arm, blood had been drawn, and was sliding down it, though he paid no heed.
"I suggest behaving until called upon." and with that, he turned and made his way back down the cavern, Ayumi slinging horrible profanities at his retreating form. Finally losing it, she drew a kunai from her pouch, and threw it with all her might at him. He halted, turned, not even watching it whiz an inch by his head, only sending the Mangekyou Sharingan in her direction, causing her to go wide-eyed and freeze.
"Hold. Your. Tongue."
And he turned and continued, leaving Ayumi to slink to her knees. Naruto had finally come to, and yawned.
"W-what's going on?" he asked stretching and sitting forward. He saw her, shaking in anger and moved towards her.
"Ayumi?"
"We're stuck here, Naruto."
A dark silence fell over them. "What about jutsu?! We should be able to get out easily!"
She sighed. "No. Kira taught me about some of this stuff...it blocks the prisoners' chakra..."
Of course, the oaf had to try it anyway.
"Shadow clone, jutsu!" His hands were set in that oh-so familiar hand sign, and when nothing happened, he fell forward in defeat.
"No kidding..."
He sat down beside her, leaning on his knees in an uncharacteristic calm. "So...any ideas on getting out?" he asked quietly.
She nodded. "Yeah. Wait for Kira to bust our asses out..."
The blonde's eyes widened. Ayumi? Giving up?
"What the hell? Since when do you give up like that?!"
She sighed. "Naruto...there are times when there's nothing you can do...you just have to live with it..."
Naruto's face tensed and he released a sigh, wrapping his arms around the chunin softly, causing her to flinch.
"It'll be fine, Ayumi..." he murmured, nodding slightly. "We'll just have to wreak havoc until then."
She laughed quietly.
"I guess so..."
