this doesn't have to do with me, but my boyfriend Rick. today his dad decided to adopt Jake, his best friend who lived in an orphanage to make rick feel better about leaving all the ones he loved behind to live with his dad. so his dad adopted Jake, but Rick wasn't there to see the papers being filled out. he had promised his newest friend Lindsay that he'd walk her home from school, since she was knew, and afraid of her neighborhood. at 2:55 P.M. Rick and Lindsay were crossing a street when a speeding car just turned the corner, so they didn't see it in enough time. Rick was able to back away barely having the car miss him. he grabbed Lindsay, but he couldn't back up quick enough and she got hit really badly. at 3:00 P.M. she was put into a hospital with fatal head wounds. at 3:30 it was declared that she would live. she just had to rest at the hospital for the night, and stay attached to a machine juring that night and early moring to supply her with air so that she could live. at 6:30 she was found in her room lying on the ground, unattached to the air machine, dead. secerity cameras viewed what had happened. she had purposely tried to kill herself. she couldn't reach the machine, so she tipped over off her bed and disattached herself, then died 5 minutes later.
She, earlier had faced some tragic times. her father got divorced, then remarried to another woman to treated her like s**t. Lindsay was beaten by her step mom, and no one except her, and her friends knew it, but they couldn't do anything since she never had any bruses on her body because it was hard to injure her. she hated her life so much that she wanted to kill herself, but never gave up enough courage to do so. after she met Rick, he changed her life around. but what he thought helped her, didn't and she comitted suicide. everyone was told that she died at 7:00 P.M. Central time in the U.S. today.
May Lindsay rest in piece, and may she watch over the ones she loves.
