When we were having uniform inspection, some leaders asked the squad leaders how much we know of the sheet, since I said all of it, they asked me if I wanted to explain how to march in the box on the board. I was like "nope! Don't wanna do that!" Inside my head. (Standing in front of everyone and talking, oh my! xp )
So the ROTC teacher started drawing how we should march on the board, which is just drawing a line following the commands. He wanted the squad leaders to stand up and tell him the order. Only like 2 squad leaders knew the first few commands where you march) then when they didn't know it, I started to call out the commands in order along with another cadet. After a few more commands after the 2 squad leaders stopped, the other cadet stopped and I just went in order saying the rest of the commands by myself while the teacher drew the path on the board.
It's surprising to see how many squad leaders don't know the whole sheet when squad evaluations are 2 weeks away. But then after that the bell rang and after we got dismissed then one of my squad members was like "yea that's my squad leader!" And gave me a high five.
