Okay, so my goal for the Thanksgiving break was to rest up a lot, make the heavy bags under my eyes disappear. While I've been sleeping in a bunch, I've been getting to bad at like 12 - 3 am every night. It's generally someone is hanging out, and I do know how to politely tell them to GTFO of my house so I can sleep.
I yawned a lot and said, "oh gosh, I think I'm going to fall asleep...I really want to sleep..." etc but some people just cant catch a hint..or 10.
Tonight, however, will be quite different.
I plan on taking charge of my sleep. smile So excited for some emotion_zzz
