Maturity is realizing that you were most likely a little annoying stupid youth but experience has hopefully thought you a lesson or two in being smarter. I am ashamed sometimes of how i used to write in text/IM and some of the words I actually wrote.
Maturity also is realizing that words can hurt you only if you let them. Be stronger than those idiots and rise above the ashes of their words.
