Okay. So, I want the weight off, and I'm working for it.
Breakfast -Very small portion of eggs and hashbrowns. -Lots of orange juice
Snack About 10 wheat thins. Tasty and healthy ;o!
Lunch Planning on a little italin sausage sandwhich with Marianara sauce. I'll try to say no to any cheese.
Dinner We'll probably go out, so I won't have much of a problem. The smell of food makes me less hungry. I'll go for something with chicken, and salad instead of soup.
