As I ran through the forest at the speed of light I needed to see him, I had to see him. My father forbids it but I just can't help breaking the rules. Pain shoots through me as my hair gets caught on a branch but I keep on running using my memories of his last visit to boost me forwards. As I ran I thought about the future; we would have 9 kids and be surrounded by grandkids. It seems strange I think; I am only 18 and yet I still think about the future as if I were older.
I burst through the trees revealing the lake. The lake was lit up by the moonlight I could see my reflection as I crouched down and pressed my hand on the surface of the water. It was cold but that didn't matter what mattered was him and his dark as midnight eyes with his black hair; I could feel every time we touched. I sat on a swing as my hair blew in the wind. I was at peace as I waited for him I could sit here all eternity for him this was our place. The lake was and it held so many memories all different.
I felt his tickly breath on the back of my neck and I closed my eyes listening to his heartbeat as it bet like a moths wings. My hair was still blowing in the moonlight and he kissed my waves in the moonlight "Wait for me in the moonlight," he said softly and kissed my lips. I felt on fire nothing can keep us apart. I stood and nodded as he pressed his lips to my forehead I closed my eyes and rested my head on his chest breathing him in and loving him. Noise around us arose as I looked around scared of what I might see. A wolf was limping towards us crying out in anguish with his sobs of pain. Thats when I saw it; a big metal arrow that was in the wolf's back. I cried out in alarm as I strode forwards towards the wolf he stopped me and pressed a kiss to my lips whispering in my ear. "Wait for me in the moonlight."
We broke apart and he lifted the wolf up taking it into his arms as if the wolf was a tender baby. I looked once more at him then I ran back home until another time.
