Stupid cats... Stupid dog... Why do they make me sneeze, and my eyes itch? It's not fair! It's especially not fair the risk Cody makes the rest of us take on by bringing his animals here knowing it violates the lease.
Oh well, soon we'll be moved out. I don't know where I'll go afterward, but at least we can finally send him to be immature with his mommy-replacement instead of dragging US down with him. From there, he can blow all the money he wishes...
Still, the mommy-replacement thing brings up another issue for me: People who aggressively go after people young enough to be their children. (In this womans case, she has a son my brothers age, so it makes the ew factor hit that much harder.) Relationships are all power plays, I don't care what anyone tries to claim. It's very hard to maintain equality in a relationship without first admitting that power plays are instinctual. Now, that aside, it's very hard in these May-December relationships for the elder to resist the urge to be controlling of the young one. Because of this, I am very disapproving of relationships with an age difference over 9 years. I'm even more disapproving of adults who go after minors, I confess, so my other brother is firmly in my 'most disapproved of' list, considering he's trying to romance a 16 year old, making the age difference there a full 16 years. EW EW EW! Gross AND illegal!
So with my youngest brother, I disapprove that he's being take advantage of by someone older, someone who takes advantage of his mental illness (pretty severe bipolar), and my other brother I feel is trying to take advantage of someone MUCH too young... Do I turn my other brother in? To whom? Should I call his old therapist to explain he's being non-compliant with his meds, and refuses therapy? Should I get him put back in the mental hospital, even if it means my mom will hate me? I just think that if he was where he could get treatment, he wouldn't cause harm to himself or anyone else...
