If you believe that the Earth is only 6,000 years old, or that God created it in seven days (well, actually six plus a day off), or that all humans came from Adam and Eve (who only had two sons ... how did that work?[there son would have had to sleep with eve which is insest and thats against the bible]) or that we are mortal because Eve ate an apple, you don't get to teach biology. If you believe that the Earth is the centre of the universe, you don't get to teach physics. There is no evidence to support those ideas, so it's idiotic to expect the public school system to teach them or pander to them. If you want your children to hear "the other argument", tell them after class, but don't pull them out of school because you're too stupid to listen to science. "You need to have faith" isn't a valid argument.
