DOs:
- chat with customers
- let me know if there is anything special we can do for the customer, unless it's already on the front page
- keep track of the # of bumps you've done in a week in white text at the bottom of all of your bumps, according to the Aurora post format
- use the Aurora post format, located in the next post
- PM me with your Personal Bump Count on Fridays, and then reset your PBC to zero for the following week
- PM me or ask in the thread if you have any questions
DON'Ts:
- there aren't really any don'ts - just use your head. i'm a fairly lenient person, so common sense should be enough
