to express myself to more then to one friend. it's really ******** my life up. crying the person i share it with is hella awsome cuz she helps me to forget about it until the next day.Unfortuntely i see the people i need to confront to everyday so it my emotions flare back up while i sit there in silence not explain my feelings. scream Ugh. IM SO ******** DUMB!!!!!! sad cry crying
i express myself but thats not what i do. Im so use to bottling them up or cutting myself and thats not really making it completely better.
so starting tomorrow i am going to try and let people now how i feel 24/7 if something is bothering me. sweatdrop
