Shrimp_Man groaned as he saw the billboard depicting the start of the big annual Halloween party. It featured Devin dressed as Freddy Krueger standing next to Natasha dressed as a witch. However, it was Devin that Shrimpie couldn’t take his eyes off of. “Damn, does he have to be that hot dressed like that?” he muttered, forcing himself to walk away.
Shrimpie was one of the vampires that had succumbed to the cure and was now human again. However, he was seriously missing being one and he was tempted to turn back. But he had decided after seeing the billboard that he would wait until after the party. Things always seemed to go to hell in a hand basket every Halloween on Gaia, so he would wait before making the decision again.
He wandered over to the town jumps and decided to go visit Devin in the flesh. Might as well congratulate him at making model for the billboards. Usually it was the girls or Ian that made the billboards. After a short wait, he was transported to Durem and he slowly walked down the street towards Skin Tyte. He hadn’t been there since the last time he had picked up a tattoo, which since he was saving for the full body tattoos, was unfortunately a long time ago.
“Hey Shrimpie,” Natasha greeted, having looked up after she heard the bell ring.
“Hey Natasha, looking great on the billboard,” Shrimpie said with a grin, though she looked scary, Natasha was a great girl once you looked past your first impression of her. “Is Devin here?” he asked.
“Thanks,” she said with a small blush. “Yeah, he’s in the back,” she added, pointing over her shoulder with her thumb.
“Thanks,” he said with a smile, walking back into the tattoo section of the store. He stopped when he saw Devin. Nope, it’s not just when he’s dressed as Freddy, he decided, his heart was pounding when he saw the red man again.
Devin looked up from where he was sterilizing his instruments. “Oh, Shrimpie! Did you come for a tattoo? It’s been a while since you got one,” he said, grinning widely.
“I-uh-um…” Shrimpie stuttered as he was talked to. “Youlookedreallyhotonthebillboard,” he said in one giant rush of words, blushing brightly when he realized just what he had said.
Devin blushed, though with his full body tattoo, you couldn’t really tell. “Thanks,” he said, scratching the back of his head in embarrassment. He looked over Shrimpie and he couldn’t help but let his eyes linger on the slit of the dress that he was wearing. He blushed a bit and he decided to take a chance. “Would you like to go to dinner with me?” he asked.
Shrimpie blushed brightly and he nodded happily.
