Nemiki was totally bored out of his mind as he just wandered the streets of the city. But then....gasp.... an idea hit him.
"ICE CREEEEAAAAMMMMM!!!!" he yelled and off he started to run to the shop.
Riley was walking when someone bumped his shoulder.
He stopped and turned to face him.
Cute.
He stared the man in the eyes for a moment, almost mesmerized.
Nemiki rubbed his shoulder as he turned back to look at the person he bumped into. "Sorry...." he mumbled. Then got a good look at the person. Another man. But there was something about this man that...just sent a wave of nervousness and shyness to him. He even blushed alittle, "I-Im sorry." he said quietly. This man was quite...dare he even think it? Good looking. Wow..... and Nemiki thought he would never think that about another guy.
Riley smiled pleasently.
He placed his hands in his pocket and winked.
"Where are you in such a rush to get to?"
His voice was shaky, a little higher then usual.
He closed his eyes to calm himself down.
"Gonna see your girlfriend or something?" The word girlfriend made him cringe with jealousy.
He waited patiently for him to reply.
"Girlfriend?" he repeated quietly as he blinked at the word.
Then Nemiki started laughing uncontrollably.
"No, I dont have a girlfriend." he smiled. Then tried to sober himself.
"I was bored so Im going to get icecream. Icecreams good right? You want to come with me?"
Riley chuckled at him.
What a crazy kid.
Sure a little immature but definantly his type.
"Sure," He nodded, "my treat."
He took his hand, an uncontrollable erge.
"So whats your name?"
He looked down at him, he was blushing, how cute.
Nemiki willingly took ahold of this guys hand. Until he realized....oh yeah. He was a dude! He blushed even more, but tried to hide it as he looked up at him and chuckled, "My names Nemiki, but people call me Nemi for short. Whats yours?"
"Nemi." He repeated softly.
His blush was irrisistable.
Riley lifted his hand up to Nemi's cheek and stroked it.
"My name is Riley. Its a pleasure to meet you Nemi."
He looked at him, admiring him.
He hoped that he wouldnt leave his side anytime soon.
He held Nemi's hand tighter.
"So which kind of icecream do you want?" He smiled widely at him as the approached the shop.
As soon as Riley touched Nemis cheek, he lost all thoughts. All reason and all concentration. Mentally in his mind all he could think of was how tender and light Rileys touch was on his cheek. Of what it would feel like in other places on his body. Like his....
Shaking his head visually, he tried to clear his thoughtless head. Yeah, thoughtless of everything else, but not on the part of Riley.
Rileys voice was hypnotizing. He really liked the sound of it. And when Riley softly said Nemis name....Oooh it gave Nemi chills. But as Riley asked about icecream, Nemi had to try really hard to remember what icecream even was...
"Ice cream?? Ice cream..... Yeah, ice cream. Ice cream! I remember now, I was going to get ice cream before I ran into you and you made me forget where I was going."
Poor Nemi, anyone could tell that he totally forgot and now just remembered. All thanks to this strange yet attractive man holding his hand. As if he meant something to him. Well for now alteast, Nemi could pretend he did.
And now, Nemi went on about ice cream.....the guy was rambling cause he was still nervous and shy around Riley. So as they neared the shop Nemi talked in a rushed voice.
"Well, I have'nt had chocolate chip mint in a really long time. Thats my favorite. But I also like the kind with the caramel mixed in it, thats good too. Oh and if you get just plain french vanilla and add chocolate syrup on top, thats good too. Plain but still delicious. Oh and dont get strawberry icecream. Who eats that kind anyway? Anything Strawberry is just nasty tasting. Well, except for pop-cycles, cake, suckers, and coughdrops but other than that, strawberry anything is yuck."
"Strawberry milk, ice cream, yuck, yuck, yuck!"
"Oh and they have other icecreams too. Rainbow, cotton candy, Rocky Road, Root Beer Float, Butter Pecan, coffee, cookie dough, cookies and cream, reeses, snickers, Pineapple, Orange sherbert, Green sherbert, Chunky monkey, Karamel Sutra....Yeah! Karamel Sutra is my second favorite! Thats the one I told you about that has the caramel mixed into it. Its soooooo good. You got to try it ok? Its one of the best! But dont get cherry...unless you like that kind. To me, cherry is even more nastier than strawberry things. Theres nothing cherry that I like, kinda the same for grape too. Anyways, thats all the flavors I can remember, but dont worry they have lots more."
Riley laughed, smiling with Nemi. There is something about him that makes him nuts.
"Ok," Riley said making circles with his fingers on the back of his hands," I'll try the karmal sutra." He looked down at Nemi. Clearly excited for his cool treat. Not only that but it seemed he liked Riley's presence too.
"Which one will you be having?" He pictured Nemi sofltly licking the icecream, dripping on his fingers...
He shook his head. How could he think that way already. He had just met him. Maybe he didnt even like guys and was just being polite. Riley took on last glance at him, making him blush.
"mmmm......" he thought then smiled. "Karamel Sutra!"
Then looked at Riley. His cheeks were pink. Aww... how cute!
Nemi suddenly looked concerned for him.
"Hey, your cheeks are pinkish. Your not getting sick are you?" He stroked Rileys cheek softly with the tip of his index finger. Then he took that same finger and put it to Nemis bottom lip,
"Hmm.... maybe we should make you some chicken-noodle soup icecream...."
LOL. The kid was really thinking about how to do it too.
Riley's heart went crazy as Nemi touched him. His eyes were wide with worry, the he said something about Chicken noodle flavored icecream? He looked down and shook his head.
"No, Its ok..." He said, "Just a bit hot..."
And he was too, the beautiful boy standing a few inches away.
"So how about that icecream he said walking over and holding the door open, a motioned for Nemi to go in first.
As Nemi went through the door he looked back at Riley with still a worried look.
"Are you sure your gonna be ok? I dont want to make you sick...."
He put his hand on Rileys forhead to check just in case.
"Ah, my best and favorite customer Nemi-kins!!!" a female voice said from behind the counter. Her big blue eyes shining with delight and joy at seeing him again.
But Nemi didnt even hear her for he was too much tuned in to Rileys well being.
I'll be fine." He reassured him.
Turning pinker as his hand touched his forehead. He needed to get calmed down so he spoke quietly.
"It looks like someone is trying to get your attention." He pointed out as he turned Nemi around showing him.
His thoughts flew like bullets to the girl.
Did she like him? How much? Did he like HER?
Riley shot a warning glance at the girl, looking more like an inraged animal.
The girl actually paid no attention to Riley. Her gaze was focused on Nemi.
"Jenna!"
He yelped happily and ran to the spinning chairs at the counter hopping on one and spinning around. But he then stopped the spining and got on his knees in the chair.
"Are you sure you need more sugar, Nemi-kins? Your already hyper enough as it is. Think I should put Ritalin in your ice cream." she giggled.
"Hmph. Very funny." Nemi slightly growled. Then he looked back to Riley motioning for him to come up to the counter too.
"This is Riley." Nemi said with a proud smile.
Riley nodded coldly at the girl Jenna as he went to sit next to him. Then turned to smile at Nemi. "Hyper little guy arent you?" Riley tossled his hair with his hand lightly. "Order whatever you would like, Its on me."
He held a check to Jenna casually as if it were nothing.
Then he returned the smile that Nemi was giving him
Nemi blushed and smiled as he nodded and did a peace sign with his fingers to Jenna.
"Two Karamel Sutras, kay?"
"Coming right up." She said then looked to Riley to answer his question.
"Yeah, hes a hyper one allright. I should imagine so. Hes come into this place since he was 6. I think hes got a crush on me." she whispered the last part to Riley.
"As if I come in here to see you, Jenna. I come here for the ice cream. So dont feel too special." he crossed his arms.
It was weird. Nemi had a strong feeling to make sure Riley didnt think that there was something between the two. Sure in all reality she liked him but like he said, he came for the ice cream. nothing more.
Riley hissed at the last part, liking Nemi's response. It seemed he wanted him to know that clearly nothing more the frienship was there for these two. He looked at Nemi and smiled at him widely.
Then their icecream came and Nemi dug right in.
Um..yeah.
Nemi dug into the icecream.
"Its really that good huh?" Jenna asked.
Nemi glared and growled at her.
She backed off, "Ok ok." she said and gave Riley his.
Riley took it from her and set it in front of him.
He looked at Nemi, who was clearly enjoying the treat, and took a bite.
His eyes widened as the carmal ran down his throat.
It was delicious! Never in his life had he tasted anything so...so..wonderful! Simply delightful.
He took another bite and said, "Wow Nemi, its amazingly good." He chuckled, mouth full.
Nemi swallowed his bite, then smiled, "I told you so." he got a good part on the spoon and held the spoon up to Rileys lips,
"try this part. Its good too."
he was willling to feed it to him.
Riley closed his eyes and took a bite. Savoring it.
How wonderful. How could he do this to him? Making him nuts.
"Wonderful." He groaned as licked his lips.
He looked over and chuckled at Nemi.
He had a bit of icecream on the side of his mouth.
Without thinking, he reached up and wiped it with his thumb and licked it. The pinkness in Nemi's face was adorable.
