It's been really hard for me to leave there. The place is really small, and working their for around 10 months brought a lot closer to my employer, the Mexican cooks, and all the servers. emo I'm totally going to miss all of them.
I mean, I don't think there's a lot of managers would give christmas presents to servers who only worked there for 2 months...nor have any cooks that barely spoke english give a server a good bye stuff animal. Made me real sad (though I couldn't cry sad...just sad sad).
....But I guess since everyone there loves me because I'm cute and I'm hardworking that's the reason why they're going to miss me so much. stare Actually...that's probably the reason why all the cooks love me so much...
.... rolleyes Kind of puts a damper on the whole farewell stuff.
But the point is, I left. They're all sad. I'm a bit sad but more relieved that I have the time to finally go to Youth Group, and do some high school stuff before my senior year flies by. That means I can finally go to a dance, plays, help around in clubs...you get the picture. 3nodding
Plus, I'm still going to go back to Bamboo for food. And to eat with friends or something. In fact, my parents are most likely going to go this week...I don't want to go see them once my mom goes through with them (most likely, she'll ask for a discount even though I don't work there and so they're not allowed to give us a discount anymore...hence why I'm not going to eat there for at least a week).
