Firebird's Song
Gliding upon the black of night,
The firebird, on blazing wing,
Gleaming with its radiant light,
Raises its head and begins to sing.
A haunting sound so eerie,
That words could not describe
This song of joy, of love and sorrow,
Anger, and delight.
A song of life,
A song of death,
Of trials and tribulations,
Of happiness, and the greatest wealth:
Peace among the nations.
And so, before the break of dawn,
The firebird, on blazing wing,
Flies off into the morning light,
To see what tomorrow's day will bring.
Do ya think it's good?
Btw, DON'T steal my work!
