on life
many people call it a blessing of some sort
to be alive, to see the world ,
but, did we have the choice to live in the first place?
the moment of conception, you are alive
and there is very little you can do about it,
except kill yourself
or breathe and live
the sad fact is, though we may be alive
some of us are not really 'living'
we get to caught up on the things in our life
we actually enjoy life less and less
and after ll that, we simply become wheels
moving along, synchronizing with the system
but can this be all life can give?
yes, life can be such a burden. and at times it can be really dull
but for those who, even for a moment, found time to free themselves
from the routines that they themselves made and got caught on
blessed are they, for they can truly say
'life is bigger than my office cubicle'
and i say to them, keep that moment in your hearts,
it is the light you'll ever need
and for those who have yet to find that special moment
where time stood still for you alone
courage my friends, courage.
you are doing a most valiant deed
but even heroes need a break.
