Allo all who have thought I was dead...you didn't get me yet--haha! Soooo much has changed this summer, that I could not attempt to contain it in my humble little space online. So I'll make the space obnoxiously big by filling it with my trippy jank! It is the most logical, I guess, to start with the past and work our way to the present, but the trippiness of the jank has other plans in store. So we're gonna work our way backwards. Hold on. Strap in. Pee before you go. Mwaw.
That's a fine how do you don't! Once again, the dances of my school are beginning, and this year there will be more because of the overflow of freshman that are at this school and need to be kept entertained. So the first one of the season was this past Saturday. Can I just say, that the drunken turnout was not as impressive as last semester, but the drama was definitely equal in amount. How do I know this, you may ask, well apparently on the dance floor a drunken freshman (I do not remember us being that crazy last year...) grabbed and held on to my friend's crotch--and he doesn't go to my school. I couldn't play it off as if it is some strange custom. We'll work on that later.
Ooh lala! That's right, people who know me the most...Mi-She has once again her discovery of how much she hearts the internationals, and how much the internationals looove her! So I was on the dancefloor with my friend, dancing like I just didn't care, and I saw a HERD OF FOREIGN GUYS! Needless to say I got more than a bit happy with the sight in which I was seeing. Of course, I didn't stare them down too hard....okay....maybe I did. Any ol' way, I was groovin' with another one of my friends and we got DOUBLE TEAMED by two of the French exchange students. One started dancing with one of my friends and the other....mine all mine. Heeheehee. We dance to a song. Then another....and another after that...homeboy could really get his groove on! And then...hm...I think I need another heading
Par-lay-voo what?? I want all those who know or study french to forget I just said that. Any ol' ways, we're dancing, and he moves closer and closer to his friend and this girl that he is now dancing with. So they begin to converse....in...French...and I have no idea because Spanish is my language of choice (and a little bit of Serbian and Danish that I picked up over the summer, but that's a different story). So his friend looks at me and then holds his hands about a foot apart and then says something else to the guy. And The whole time I'm like, "What is going on". The plus side, he told me he thought I was very cute. SCORE! Mi-She's got it going on...that or he reeeeally wanted to get it on. Hm. A bit of a double edged sword, huh? I met up with him later, asked him if he was going to an afterparty. He replied no, but continued to stare as he walked a way...way to lead a lasting impression, Mi-She. Lol. I know. *self high five*
The buuus!! So after all that went down it was time to get back to campus, which was via our big ol' honkin' buses, owned by the university. So there was a huuuuge fight to get on the bus. I wasn't stressing over a bus, so I got on the next one that came. Me and my friends get in, and I sit behind my new french friend. Lol. Sooo the bus gets going and my friends sitting behind me say, "that guy is gonna get beat down" and I turn and look. There is a drunk frat boy sitting near us being totally obnoxious and talking smack to everyone. So the french guy's french friend replied to something the frat guy said in french. Frat boy was all, "What did you say about me?" and was getting all sorts of hostile. So then I told the French guy in front of me, "You need to get your friend before he gets hurt." So he gets up, and so does this guy from England. Frenchie calmed down Frenchie and SeƱor England tried to calm down the frat boy. But frat boy turned his wrath upon him and got all up in his face. The bus stopped and I got off the bus with my friends ASAP. The argument got broken up on the bus, and the guys with their respective groups stood in a circle. But the circles collided and they were at it again. Well, I was outside waiting for one of my friends to come out of her apartment, I look up and was like, "O shoot!!!" Luckily my friend who is an RA and was on duty came outside and called security. Vice broke that up real quick.
*Sigh* That is all the trippy jank my fingers will allow me to type for now. But no fears, you know I've got more! More to come soon...seriously Until next time, my people--Vivir!! heart Mi-She
