Hiro is 5 months old now, and although he is still cute, and not too big (cocker spaniels don't ever get really big), he is bigger than in the pictures we posted. And he is changing. His ears are longer and curlier- which we all love, and his coat is so soft. He got his first grooming 2 weeks ago, and they put little blue ribbons on his ears. A baby boy with ribbons, EEK!!!.. But they also gave us a little keepsake box with his 1st hair cut clippings in it, just like you get from a salon for human babies... That was sweet.

Poor Hiro, looks like he is going to have to see the vet later in the month for that dreaded neutering. He is humping everything from my teddybear to Tohma's arm when she is sitting watching tv.

Puppies can stay small longer, its called the toy group.....
not meaning to bash but I like wire coat dogs becaue I don't have to trim the hair. (my mom has a n English Springer Spanel..) i don't know about you but if you don't wash a dog every week thuroughly it smells and i wouldn't want to keep hair trimmings from a dog.....
I like my smoothcoat mut and my cat and my sister's pitbull, and my six small feeder goldfish and thier pleco...
